All cabins are equipped with 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 4 bedrooms, a kitchenette with kitchen appliances, dining table, seating area, and TV, a private sauna, and an outdoor grill.

The minimum stay is three days in summer and winter. During peak season, bookings can only be made on a weekly basis.

Each of our three cabins can accommodate up to 8 people.

Guests can only obtain the JOKER CARD and the Guest Mobility Ticket digitally via the Home of Lässig app.

Yes. All three cabins can be booked exclusively together. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor.

If required, we can provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Please let us know when you make your booking.

Pets are allowed for a fee of €120 per week. Pet equipment must be brought by the owners themselves.

Interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels are available on request.

Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. using the code sent by email at the respective key box. Unfortunately, earlier check-in is not possible.

Check-out: Please vacate the apartment and parking space by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check out later than this.

We will send you an online form for this purpose – as soon as we have received it back, we will email you the access code for the key safe.
Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out by 9:30 a.m. – please return the key to the compartment.

Bedtime in the cabins is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted.

From Zell am See or Maishofen-Saalbach train stations, we recommend either taking public bus services or a taxi.
For travel from Munich or Salzburg airports, we recommend the shuttle service provided by Gastein Taxi. Further information can be found here.

The nearest slope is right next to Drei Hittn – you can start comfortably in ski-in/ski-out mode. The adjacent ski run takes you to the Bernkogelbahn lift in just a few turns, putting you right in the middle of the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski circus.

When the road is covered in snow, snow chains are mandatory when driving to the cabins.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the cabins. Please adhere to the parking regulations. ATTENTION: In case of heavy snowfall (please check the weather forecast), it is important to put snow chains on your car.

You can conveniently rent ski equipment at Sport Hagleitner ski rental. Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant day on the slopes of Saalbach. If you have brought your own equipment, you can conveniently store it in the ski storage room at the huts. Further information can be found here.

E-bikes and other cycling equipment can also be rented from Sport Hagleitner. Further information can be found here.
Limited charging facilities are available directly in the bike room.

The nearest place to swim in summer is right in Saalbach: the Käpt’n Hook water park offers families a great hotspot for fun and refreshment during the warm summer months. The water park is only 4-5 minutes away by car.

If you prefer a more natural and sporty setting, Lake Zell or the three lidos in Zell am See, Thumbersbach, and Seespitz are ideal. Allow a good 20 minutes’ drive to get there.

We also recommend the Tauern SPA Kaprun in both summer and winter. This modern thermal spa offers a wide range of pools, saunas, and wellness areas and can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

A vacation in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm region is all about family. Numerous family attractions such as Montelino’s Adventure Alm, Montelino’s Adventure Trail, Kodok’s Adventure on the Reiterkogel, Wildlife Trails, high ropes course & Flying Fox, the Learn-to-Ride Park for those first turns in winter, the Käpt’n Hook adventure pool, and much more are waiting to be discovered.

Yes, fresh rolls are delivered directly to your cabin door every morning by the Katschner bakery upon request.
